A LAKE FLOWING WITH OPPORTUNITY

Lake Ralph Hall will provide water for North Texas and offer a host of economic and recreational benefits.

Lake Ralph Hall – Water for the People

Lake Ralph Hall will be one of Texas’ newest lakes and is under construction on the North Sulphur River in Southeast Fannin County. Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD) is building the lake to provide crucial water for an area whose population is projected to increase nearly five-fold in the next 50 years. Once finished, Lake Ralph Hall will also provide a host of recreational opportunities and environmental benefits. Construction began in June 2021, with plans to deliver water by 2026.
